之前做过好多种馅的饺子,今天做了这款鸡肉香菇水饺,真的是特别的好吃,香菇口感鲜美,鸡肉口感嫩滑,搭配在一起做成饺子馅料,咬一口汁水直流,真的是再好吃不过了。

鸡胸肉:400克,香菇:250克,饺子皮:适量
所需调味料:葱姜:适量,八角:3个,香叶:2片,花椒:少许,胡萝卜:一小段,黑胡椒粉:1小勺,食盐:3小勺,生抽酱油:2大勺,蚝油:1大勺半,老抽:半大勺,料酒:半大勺

所需制作步骤:
准备好所需要的食材并称量好,葱姜切末,香菇焯水沥干水分后切碎,鸡肉搅打成泥备用

先炸少许的料油,锅中放入适量食用油,放入生姜和胡萝卜片先炸一会,然后接着放入八角,大料,香叶,香葱叶,小火慢熬,各类材料炸干之后,挑去干料,过滤料油放凉备用

调馅料,盆中放入香菇和鸡肉,加2大勺生抽酱油,1大勺半蚝油,半大勺老抽酱油,1小勺黑胡椒粉,3小勺食盐,半大勺料酒,接着倒入4大勺清水,顺着一个方向搅打均匀,接着放入4大勺料油,放入葱姜末,接着顺着一个方向搅打上劲

取一张饺子皮,放入适量馅料,先捏住中间,再从两边向中间捏着,包成饺子

锅中烧水,将饺子放入锅中,轻轻用铲子推动防止粘连,煮熟捞出即可

所需注意的事项:
在炸制料油的时候一定要小火慢炸;
馅料要先打水,再加入料油,锁住饺子馅内的水分;
