第二步(Secondly):开李子

用行云流水的刀法分别横竖切向李子
形成个十字交架的样子就OK了
(使李子腌的更入味)

第三步(Thirdly):“煮'李子

将切好的李子倒入已经煮滚的热水中
然后用勺子使李子均匀受热(大概1-2分钟)
等李子变黄了就捞上来

抖动盘子使白糖更均匀的附在周围
最后(Lsatly):封李子
